Today was a swim only day. Twenty two whole minutes of three different strokes. This is a different kind of tired. BUT...
...I did it. I was happy to be invited into a lane rather than have to ask to share. I don't know who that guy is, but that was right kind of him. Tomorrow, running. 12 minutes, but I think I'll do more than that.
I actually thought that I was going to have to run today. Good thing I didn't have to...I'm starting to have a little pain in my right foot. It's a blunt soft tissue sort of pain. I think that a day off the bike and in the water, will be a good thing.
I just need to eat good foods today. The kind that fuel you...

I'm not much of a swimmer... and I've failed at running before, but I like bicycling.
