On the bike this morning...
I am hoping for somewhere in the 10-15 mile range--I just haven't measured the route yet. I do appreciate riding in town too. The houses and cars actually help me feel like I am going faster than I really am. Same with running. All I know is that I was on the bike for in the 40 minute neighborhood.
One of the things that I tried also is to jog a little bit after I got off the bike just to get the feel...
...I am a long way off...
but I'm having a ball...
